mouth ulcers

Anybody tell me how to relieve these things. I have been awake for 3 nights now with them.

Do you know what is causing them? you need to get treatment for the cause first, then to help them while they are going away, try bonjella on them.

Ulcers are usually a sign that you are run down/stressed out.

Or badly fitted dentures.
Do you qualify for any of these reasons?

thanks for your answers - I am run down and was very stressed last week so that would have been the cause.

I bought Anbesol as my friend prescribed these for me. bye
