you guys never dissapoint so think hard!! its my friends birthdya next week and she is spending the whole summer in america this year so her party is american fancy dress i just dont know what to go as- something fun and not the usual cowgilr cheer leader thing would be good- any ideas??/thanks guys

Baseball uniform

Nerd or geek - horn-rimmed glasses, preferably with tape around one hinge, pants pulled up to the armpits, white socks, pocket pencil protector in front shirt pocket,carrying a briefcase.

Redneck - baseball cap (preferably one that says "John Deere" or "Budweiser" or "CAT" -for Caterpillar tractor), Stars and Bars (Confederate) T-shirt, blue jeans (pad your tummy to have a beer gut hang over the belt line).  Carry a six pack of cheap beer to complete the ensemble.

Thug/ghetto/gangsta rapper - wear a pair of jeans several sizes too large, make sure they just barely cling to your hips and that your boxer shorts peek out over the top.  Tank top or "wife beater" style undershirt, lots of gold chains and medallions (fake gold will do for this occasion), and a backwards baseball cap.  Oh, and high-topped sneakers.

What about a "big apple" or hotdog, or hamburger...that would be quite funny!  Or you could dress up as Carrie from Sex and the City..... if your male, that would be a laugh.
