direct debit issue

We had a direct debit for saterlite tv in Spain which we cancelled with the saterlite company. We also cancelled it at the bank over their. Since April we have had no TV. My bank statement came today and the bank have taken the money out, who would I phone the bank or the saterlite company. Any ideas pleasexx

I had something similar with insurance. I phoned the bank for proof that I cancelled then phoned the insurance company to demand my money back.

Spanish banks probably have different DD rules to UK ones - maybe seek local advice
