Robins nesting in shed - way out for babies
1 Answers
There is a robin nesting in our shed, and she gets in and out through a gap at the top of the window (which doesn't open). I am wondering how the little ones will fare once they are ready to fly? Do they follow the mum, or would they just fall out of the nest? I can leave the door slightly ajar, but don't want any cats to get in but the mother doesn't seem to use that gap. We have other nests in the garden and this morning, one of the other robin mums took fat fluffy baby onto the bird table to be fed, it was lovely!
