Can companies look at your credit report and can experian pass any of your details on or is it just yourself that can view the report?

Ah right. If Boots were to do that, would they only be able to see your score but not full details? Thanks :o)

I was in a domestic violence relationship (which I left over 2 years ago) and my ex forced me to take out money for him. I had no paperwork on these debts and know they were never paid back as he took all my money from me. Some companies have contacted me and I am paying monthly installments to clear the debts. I want to check my credit report and see what is outstanding and contact the companies one at a time to re-pay the money. I'm just worried all the debt collectors will see I have been on and where I live and all chase me up and I won't have enough money to re-pay them all at once.
You should go to CAB for some debt advice. They can help you set up affordable payments.

Thanks very much for all your help.

I'll go on Experian and fingers crossed its not as bad as I'm thinking! I just didn't know if Experian could pass my details on. I know the debt collectors can't do anything but I wouldn't want to be taken to court and have baliffs round. I'll maybe take a trip down to CAB too and get some advice too x
