I was packing up and about to leave work at 4 when a member of my staff came into the office and started shouting about another member of staff. The other member of staff in question was in the office earlier on shouting about my member of staff! Didn't leave work till an hour later.

Why does this kind of thing happen at the end of the day and where can I buy a cattle prod from?

Yesterday he took 3 phone calls for me and didn't tell me.
I've spent an hour placating 2 irate people who needed me urgently yesterday, and lost the chance of some work from the third person.
Mr O has very wisely chosen to go to the pub after work tonight.

I am not affected by the tube strikes in any way, but I think this guy and his membership are taking the pee a bit too much with their demands for money. Underground drivers are already extremely well paid for what they do, whereas others in this climate are either struggling to survive, facing job losses or redundancy, or, in my case, being told we are not getting any rise this year despite RM being in profit.

Better still, line up Bob Crowe with Adam Crozier, and I'll take them both with a single bullet!
