Hi I have answered on your previous question. As far as I am aware, Ofsted will detail what the nursery has to do on their website in the inspection report section. Unless this has changed recently whenever I have checked out reports all the recommendations are detailed for parents to see.
Like I said on the other thread a nursery has to be pretty bad to be closed down immediately, this could have been anything from staff ratios/qualifications to health and safety. Can you look up their previous report and see what they were graded before this. My guess is they can't have been graded very well before, it is highly unlikely to go from being outstanding or good to unsatisfactory.
