Where can I get free Nero Photoshop please?

There's no such program as Nero Photoshop!

Nero is a company which specialises in making products for burning CDs and DVDs (together with associated applications).

Photoshop is the industry-standard program for image manipulation. It's made by Adobe, which has nothing to do with Nero.

The full version of Photoshop costs hundreds of pounds. Even the 'cut down' versions aren't cheap. The only way you'll get hold of a free version is by an illegal download, which risks
(a) civil penalties ;
(b) criminal prosecution (if you've used P2P software which allows others to access shared files from your PC) ; and
(c) virus infections on your PC.

However there is a completely free, totally legal and 100% safe program which does nearly everything that Photoshop can do. It's called GIMP and you can download it here:

If you meant NeroPhotoshow you can get it here for free.

If you meant NeroPhotosnap, thats only available as part of the Nero suite.

If you meant PhotoShop, as Buenchico states, thats by Adobe and a legit copy costs an arm and a leg.
