I HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED AS HAVING 2-3 LUMBAR BULGING DISCS HAS ANY ONE HAD THIS AND WHAT WAS THE TREATMENT I HAVE TERRIBLE BACK PAIN

I was initially given strong pain-killers by my doctor. I was then referred to a physiotherap ist.
This was a few years ago. While the pain eventually went, after quite a while, I am left with a numbness in my left foot which means I now have to use a walking stick.
