There's only one major airport (Ercan) in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
KTHY (Cyprus Turkish Airlines) can fly you there from Heathrow, Stansted, Gatwick, Birmingham or Manchester: http://www.kthy.net/kthyen/index.html
Pegasus fly to Ercan from Stansted: http://www.flypgs.com/en/
(Note that Ercan is shown as 'Lefkosa' on the both of those websites)
There are also several companies offering charter flights during the summer.
you can fly to either Larnica or Paphos sara, there are now a good few open borders along the way, you must go through passport control, but travel is relativley easy now, so you could hire a car and drive through

It has to be pointed out that there are NO direct flights to Northern Cyprus,as this would contravene International Law.
All flights go via Turkey, and then onward to Northern Cyprus.
The only alternative (as in the link below) 9s to fly to Cyprus, and the cross the border into Norther Cyprus.
