Will he tame the Beast from the East on Saturday? I reckon he can win the fight by going the distance and winning the rounds. The big fella has never been hurt really so I can't see a knock out, maybe Hay can turn it into a Rocky 4 type scenario! I guess he's the outsider though, thoughts?

I see where you're coming from but I think he needs to finish it before the halfway point to have a chance. Haye's stamina hasn't been his strong point so far and I can see the sheer weight/size of Valuev exhausting him if it goes on too long. He'd also have to win convincingly to get a points decision in Germany and staying out of trouble and nipping into range to get off two or three-punch combinations doesn't usually score well with judges.

I do think Valev cn be knocked down though. He's fought more than 50 times without touching down but almost none of them have been world class.

yes, take your point quinny, I was really going on the only guy that has won a fight, he was only a dwarf of 6ft1!. I think to get him on the canvasse, Hay has got unload a lot of "Bombs" in quick succession.
