LEAPFROG INTERACTIVE GLOBE

Not sure where to put this so i do apologise if you think it shouldn't be here. The time is wrong on my globe and i cant see how to reset it - does anybody know how i do it please? I have tried taking the batteries out but it seems to memorise it. I feel a bit hopeless as its meant for 8 years old upwards and i cant even manage the first step correctly :-(.

Press the power button.
Turn the dial to "Time" and touch the globe with the Magic Pen.
Follow the instructions as the Explorer guides you.
First touch your home location on the globe with the magic pen.
Set the time using the Compass Rose, located on the globe in the North Atlantic Ocean. To set the hour, use the red arrow. Press the purple arrow when you hear the correct hour.
Once you have set the hour, set the minute and day of the week.
Press the orange circle to confirm the time settings.

thanks for your quick answer i was trying to do just that but it thought i had set it when in fact i was still pressing the red arrow ( i really DIDNT press the orange circle), the time wasnt right as i hadnt finished and now i cant change it. arghhh

that globe is 99 quid, i wanted to get it for my son but it was a bit steep!

i got it in the sales cazz! i find the information it gives really interesting for use as a tourist, flight times, time differences etc but i need to get the time right! It does give a lot of information about each country - just seems silly there is no mention of a reset button! Their helpline is not open at weekends but i shall phone on monday.
