where are all the decent solictors from about a year or so ago
i have put a post in civil law ,about flooding and have not had one decent repli .whats going on i used to really have a lot of confidence in this site,but it seems to of gone right down hill for advice .

However in that time you'd had several replies including particularly useful (IMO) advice from bednobs and Themas - both respected contributors to the legal section of AB.
I can perhaps regard myself as one of the more regular contributors to the legal part of the site. I saw your question but felt it had been adequately covered off by the advice you had received.
Your general approach to the wording in the first question, and your impatience to get 'decent replies' (sic) leads me to conclude, rightly or wrongly that you are one of these people who are only interested in receiving responses that agree with your own analysis of the rights and wrongs of the situation you find yourself in - namely, it's all the council's fault.
