t's approximately 4 hours 45 mins from Manchester to Paphos and a few minutes longer to Larnaca.
I regularly pick up people flying into Paphos form Manchester and the time above is the "allowed" time ie includes any delay with standing around on the runway awaiting takeoff. The "actual" flying time is more like 4 hours 30 minutes.
If you want to check out flight and arrival time (neither Paphos or Larnaca have websites giving flight arrivals/deps) check out the following:

Even the pilot won't know the EXACT flying time because headwinds and the routing selected by air traffic controllers can both play a part.
easyJet quotes 4 hours 45 minutes outbound and just 5 minutes longer (4 hours 50 minutes) for the return flight.
Cyprus Airways quotes 4 hours 50 minutes outbound but 5 hours 10 minutes for the return flight.
The charter flights on that route (operated by Eurocypria, Monarch, Thomas Cook, Thomson and Viking) will have roughly similar flight times but different aircraft will have slightly different cruising speeds.
It's worth remembering that flight times are usually quoted 'from pushback to arrival gate'. The actual time in the air is normally rather less than that indicated by the flight schedule. Expect to be in the air for roughly 4½ hours outbound and slightly longer coming back.
