Has anyone done this before, If so what is the cc like after its been dethawed?

Well Ive already done it as an experiment as Im sick of buying it and throwing away because of the date, funnily enough there are several threads on how to make cottage cheese ice cream which involves freezing and everyone has raved about the taste! Oh well Ill report back the results either way! Cheers chris!
it goes very 'watery', and the little 'lumps' or solids break down to very fine almost 'grains' - that's why it's fine for ice cream, you don't want 'lumps' in ice cream, but no good for eating as 'cottage cheese' when defrosted
