How to get the picture

I have been away for a week or so and suddenly everyone has a picture beside their name. Can someone tell me how to get one?

Im struggling as i cant remember the password to my hormail a/c where the password reset and the Gravatar has been sent -lucky white heather anyone ??
Im hoping th Ed will aid and abet me when he gets the EMail I sent -just hope they send it to my normal one which I couldnt use to re-establish myself on here !

dris you dont need to use an old password....just put in any bunch of numbers & letters.

Dont forget the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the profile page - once you've made your gravitas choice etc.
