successful rehoming

Just wanted to share that I had a call from the breed rescue I foster for, to tell me that the most difficult dog I have ever had to deal with has gone to the most amazing permanent home. I had him at my home during his initial rescue (for about 3/4 months) and he drove me to absolute distraction with his manic behaviour. He was certainly going to end up being shot as a sheep worrier or squashed under a car - he'd had at least three homes that we could trace plus goodness knows how many more (he is just 2years now). I decided he was becoming too propritorial about me so sent him up to the breed headquarter's kennels for further assessment. Phone call was a cue for me to be in floods of tears then walking on air. Result!!!!!

He is obviously a credit to you and the time he spent with you. Every animal deserves a good home. I rehomed a cat 2 yrs ago, she was 9 yrs old and already had 5 homes before coming to me. She is the most beautiful loving cat and settled in to my home within a couple of days of getting her. She sits now (as I type) on my lap and is like a shadow to me. I couldn't imagine my home without her now. You do a wonderful job... something I couldn't do as I'd get too attached.
