where can i buy an engagement ring in the shape of a heart made of diamonds?

i have set my heart on a heart shape engagement ring i have seen abroad where we usually holiday. thing is, its �2,500 pounds and you get the wedding ring free!! its round in the middle i think then the long batons that go around it form the heart shape to the setting. could i have one made or has anyone got one of these from the uk. i constantly look in jewellers windows but to no avail!
