Well, my husband is. I am sending him out on a marathon toy shop - he has to get presents for all of the kids (we only have two so far) but I have reserved 3 paper jam guitars and amplifiers for him (at two different shops 25 miles apart) so it should be easy-peasy.
Pretty normal for us actually - you need a lot of space to store presents for five kids (I have a kitchen/laundry thing in the boot of my car so can't actually use it at the moment). We have the Kinect and the Lego Hogwarts Castle as they are hard to find. It'll be fine - and if he goes the kids will get more than if I did it as he spoils them rotten.
sherrard - that sounds like very clever organisation to me ;o) obviously mrs zippy has pulled the same stunt on her OH and he has not forgiven her yet. LOL
I'm up at 4 to finish off some paperwork. Then breakfast for the kids. Then telephone conference at 9. Then collect my mate from dropping off his car and take him home. Then clean the house. Then at some point I need to do the Christmas shopping. Does tomorrow only have 24 hours? I'd rather like it to have 72 if that's OK?
Oh and the road from my house to the main road is barely passable. Cock.
Hi Barmaid - I would rather it had less than 24 hours - 5 kids aged 10 and under, 2 days before Christmas in a snow-bound house is not quite as jolly as it might sound!
It's got flump all to do with the snow and everything to do with the fact that my world seems to implode in the week before Christmas. It does this every year, you'd think I'd learn. You'll get your card about March!!!!!!
