I'm having a real senior moment here - I think my brain has atrophed through lack of use over Christmas. Either that or it's pickled.

Someone was meant to receive 70% of something. In the event, they have only received 2/3rds. Am I right in thinking that to bring their "share" up to 70% they need another 1/30th?

They should have got 210/300ths
