Would anyone know how to make a cascade/waterfull topper for my daughters three tier wedding cake.? The other week I found a great site on the internet with a video of instructions on how to make one step by step. BUt can I find it again...............no.! can anyone help me please.?

Many thanks I have looked on that site and it isnt on it. JUst cannot think how I found it in the first place. It was a video with the lady doing it step by step. Isnt it annoying.x
