hi mrinc i havent posted any tips today mate,ive been rather busy,yes i saw that newbury had been abandoned,i just read that it looks like the horses were electrocuted as they were in the parade ring,very odd as you say,but also very sad....

During a major manic attack about 5 years ago I stripped all the walls in the bathroom in preparation for redecorating, I spray painted the ceiling (it really was a good idea at the time). Alas my creativity/mania was thwarted by intervention by my doctor.

The walls are still bare - but my creative juices are sadly lacking.

MrIncredible - I had to laugh at the thought of a super-hero such as yourself being nagged at home. ;-)
