On-line entries.

Has any one won on a phone in/text/on-line A B C type question when opting for the on-line entry. Does any one believe it really happens? Or is it just a money making thing?

I've entered on-line (Dickinson's Real Deal) but I couldn't say if you stand a better or worse chance. I wouldn't waste money phoning or texting in, far too expensive, on-line costs nothing. Someone suggested that they get the value of the prize from the levy on the phone calls, but I don't know if that's true.

I won a prize in a competition (five prizes on offer) with an online entry. It cost me absolutely nothing. The prize was worth approx. £1,500. The comp. was by post, or by email and possibly - but I can't remember- if another option was by text. It can be done.

I used to buy quiz magazines in the supermarket and then I found the answers online. I could send in my answers online as well, as opposed to post or text (which makes the magazine/telephone company a lot money) I tried a new magazine and answered online. The very first week I entered their competition, I won £100 so it does work.

I won £2.400 on Dickinsons Real Deal in February. On line it costs nothing. I thought they would not check online entries but obviously they do.

They used to say the winner's name will be annoiunced on the website, but I've never noticed any.

I've tried a few on-lines but have had no luck.

Yes I use a competition site and there have beens several winners on the site from the online entries like the one you describe.

Always worth a go. I've won allsorts from online comps (when i had time to do them).
