How can human beings be so indescribably cruel to an innocent dog???

People capable of such crimes should be prevented from breeding future generations of sub-humans. Two bricks for the males and tied/cut/destroyed tubes for the females.

Animals, children and other vulnerable groups should be protected by society in general and 'things' (not humans - they don't deserve that name) capable of such crimes should be ostracised from society (after we de-nut them) and left to fend for themselves on a distant island - Antarctica sounds an ideal place.

Malta is one of my favourite places but after seeing this I will be thinking twice about going there again.

animal cruelty goes on all over the world including UK so a bit unfair to think Malta is particularly bad - having said that I'v only been there once as a young girl and a lasting memory was seeing dead puppies floating in the harbour at Valetta.
