The last scene where Jimmy meets up again with Alison after she loses the baby ... Just trying to understand the conversation they have .
(Jimmy) says to Alison ... Remember the time we first met at the party? You didn't really notice me at all .. I couldn't take my eyes off you all evening. You seemed to have such a wonderful relaxation of spirit .. I knew that was what I wanted. Then after we were married .. I discovered it wasn't relaxation after all .. To relax you've got to sweat your guts outfirst. You .. you never seemed to have a hair out of place or a bead of sweat anywhere.
I know I'm a lost cause .. but I thought if I loved you it didn't really matter..

And was he also saying that because Alison came from a better background than his .. that she never ever had a hair out of place or a bead of sweat .. because he didn't need to as her family provided her comforts?
