I have seen two tv brackets which are similar but have varying points. I wondered if anyone knew about brackets and could offer there reccomendation, of thoughts.

The first one holds tv's and much wide variations so if I upgrade and go HUGE it will fit but it looks cheaper possibly
At the end of the day I don't want it to fall down but I don't know which looks more stable.
I also don't know how this should be attached to the ceiling, a chippy has put some wood between two joists but I don't know for sure he knows what he is doing.

The bracket will be for 42-50" LCD possibly max 30kg but bracket can hold 60-75kg but can noggin and screws hold that weight?
