Snags... Is the red hotter than the green?
Question Author
Hang on in there, Craft. You want to be fighting fit for the Gin-a-thon in December.

:-)
Just came back from Croydon shopping centre and had chinese all-you-can-eat buffet. Completely stuffed now!
Colour doesn't matter... it's the type/amount of chillies you add...
Question Author
I might try the red for a change then.
I prefer red over green flavour-wise as I'm not keen on Basil which is a predominant ingredient in green. Traditionally red was hotter but I've had green over in Thailand that made me cry it was so hot... all down to the chillies aside from the other ingredients that make them either 'green' or 'red'...
Question Author
Oh god, I love it hot!

I did the Thai jungle curry the other week. Poor bobjugs didn't know what had hit him. Lol.
We have rib od beef....but I'm not hungry...
Question Author

Roast belly pork, roast tatties, creamed leeks, steamed broccoli, shredded cabbage with onions and bacon and a cider gravy; followed by sticky toffee pudding and cream. Yum.

Blimey ... What tantalizing menus...
It's quite a big piece of pork Craft, where do you want me to send the leftovers??? BTW the crackling might be missing, I can't stop myself nibbling it!
:-(
Ok, I'll hold back and not devour all the crackling. I've just checked, it's looking good!
