the dates these things arrive in your account are quite random trt. You will get your tenner.

I never had it last year grasscarp!
I didnt have it last year either. I read about it somewhere this year and then happened to notice it pop up in my account last week.
The tenner is added to your usual amount so what you normally get paid should be £10 more trt.
Glad you mentioned the other money was paid to you last month as I have checked my bank statement and I was paid it last month too.
Can't believe how pathetic my memory is :-)
trt; The £120 Warm home discount wasn't available last year and it's not payable to every pensioner- you have to be getting certain benefits eg guaranteed pension credit.
I've often wondered why people with disabilities (not pension age) don't get these payments, some of us are just as vulnerable to the cold (if not moreso) than the elderly.
grasscarp but a link on and this is part of what it says;

////He also promised 800,000 pensioners would get a one-off £120 credit to their fuel bills due to a deal between the government and energy providers.

Here it is again it was £80 last year is supposed to be £120 this year, £130 next year and £140 in the fourth year, its a four year deal - unfortunately no one seems to have got it last year////

So it seems we should have got £80 last year but there's no chance of me remembering that if I can't remember what I got last month!!!
put not but.
