factory industrial sound, it goes on all day till 6pm. this is very annoying ang they have no consideration for the residents here. My youngest isn't sleeping well, it scares her, and she wont sleep in her own bedroom now. The noise sometimes continues till 8pm. Who do i complain to? is it environment health etc

There was something very similar in our area. Somebody had an extremely loud alarm fitted on their garage or house and it was going off for whatever reason every single day during the summer. It was loud enough to send all us neighbours indoors. The owner was at work and no-one could contact him for a couple of days. Then he said he'd sorted it and it kept going off again and again. All the neighbours complained to him so he got rid of it in the end. Go and track down where it is and speak to the owner. They may not realise it's sounding all day.
