At last I've just got the new fully digital model but I can't seem to find the memory card slot. Is it located under the throstle valve, like the now defunct D40 or do I have to remove the spinnaker cowl to get to it?

Remove the flopgle toggle to reveal the phu-phu valve, piece of Fosters after that.
dont touch the phu phu valve

Mcm you clearly are not a qualified trustan D50 fitter
tsk tsk
From the Trustan website:

"The D50 differs from previous Trustan Product in The D Range. The SD card slot can now be found undeaneath the filler cap. Pull the nipple hard with an anticlockwise motion. If the gusset is sealed too tightly grease the rim until the firmth rectifies. If the rubber has withered please moisten, otherwise rubbage may occur.

Please DO NOT remove the Spinnaker Cowl except in a de-hydronated environment as exposure to the dingle strip can cause decidribel leakage."

But that was from a few months a ago, I'm not sure if there's been a firmware update?
Are you sure about the Phu Phu Valve?

No idea why they make these things so complicated.
Provided you have completed stage VI of the advanced valve identification and removal module, the phu-phu will present no danger to a technical provided he/she is standing on one foot and reciting the Koran backwards.
its standing on one foot reciting the koran backwards and patting to top of your head

anythign else is suicide
Ignore that quote, I was on the Australian site. Just do everything it says there though but upside down and you'll be fine!
I'm saying nowt.............I got in trouble last time :-(

Ab Editor!!! I'd already done it the Aussie way and it's now reverse rather than forward trussocking and has smashed thru the greenhouse window!
If you have chafed the cog trussocks then the only solution is a new head basket set.

Crikey. It's brand new too! Unfortunately its only just nipped the end off my Zucchini.
Do not remove the futtock shroud - this will result in complete and catastrophic failure of the clunge spline when urge is applied to the grunge pin.
I'd go for the 40 every time... a far better model:

sunny dave - Thanks but only an idiot would remove the futtock shroud! I once hammered out the gudgeon pin before the cam had stopped rotating - total mayhem. The budgie's never been the same since.

Now where did I put that old D40?
