Staying signed in

I use yahoo on Internet Explorer.
I sign in, and tick the box that says keep me signed in for 2 weeks.
The I go to check my emails and a box pops up asking me to sign in again.
After looking at what I want to see, I minimise that page and sign into msn on Chrome and check things there.
Then I minimise that and go back to restore Yahoo and it tells me my session has expired and I have to sign in again.
Why do I have to keep doing this? It's only been doing this for about a week, as before, I would sign in and would stay signed in.

do you inadvertantly clear your browsing history when you close down?

go to internet options and uncheck the box!
