What is the name of the actress who played the citizen's advice person at the start of last night's episode. She looked familiar.

I was just going to post the same question. I tried googling the cast last night but couldn't come up with an answer. She was very familiar - I think her name was Carmel in the show - but frustratingly I can't remember where I've seen her before.

I've just put Love Life on ITV Player and whizzed forward to the cast list. Her name is Zita Sattar and she was in Casualty about 3 years ago.

Thanks for that FoxLee2. Had taped it but when skipping thro the recording to see the cast list it had cut the cut the recording off before the list was shown so thamks again.
