What's the best way to take a picture of what's on your tv screen with a digital camera - settings etc?

Just like an ordinary photo really. Frame the bit you want using zoom if necessary and just click. Try to stabilize the image as much as possible by using a tripod if you have one or rest camera on something solid like a chair. I've done this loads of times. Oh, and don't use flash!
