Lol, thanks for all your answers, I think it will be cheesecake trifle. I've never baked a cheesecake before but know there are plenty of recipes out there, don't think they melt and go runny. FGT, no setting agent, just a recipe I've always used but changed mascarpone to light philly. Recipe for filling is just mascarpone, icing sugar and lime juice/zest. Never mind, won't do that again. Rocky baked cheesecakes tend to have eggs in them to help set it which is why they don't go runny. If you have some double cream whip that up and fold in the philly.
