Sunday Lunch / Dinner Thread

So, are you dining or barbequeuing or not bothering?

I shall be having a spicy beef stirfry and maybe a cheeky Pimms.

Some lovely lunches planned by the sound of it.

I just love Pimms and always add a little tot of gin to the mix when I make a jug.

Do you add cucumber and mint?

Pimms gives me an awful hangover....

In a breadmaker Carakeel. I cheat. But it always turns out well, except for the time I forgot to add any water!!! ;o)

I am a breadmaker junkie although i do sometimes just make the dough in it then shape and bake in the oven. With the current weather I prefer the breadmaker because it doesn't make the kitchen so hot.

I add a wedge of orange, home grown mint and strawberries.

chicken curry which wont be fantastic as i was lazy and bought a jar of sauce ..served with rice, bread and salad...followed by fruit salad, yoghurt and honey for pudding and magnum lollies for afters

Had a big craving for a spicy curry earlier but the ready meals have gone silly expensive and too much fat in. Was too hot and bothered to walk to a bigger supermarket to get the stuff to make my own lower fat version.

No lunch but just made myself some chicken noodle simmer soup (well, made as in tipped packet mix into saucepain with water) with some bread.

Got some wraps with wafer thin chicken, cherry tomatoes, salad cream and maybe some grated mozzarella later if I'm still hungry.

Got some little pots of strawberry cheesecake I found in the bargain bin in Tescos too, don't usually have dessert but might treat myself to one later :)
