A couple of years ago I won a pendant and pair of earrings in a competition. I regularly toy with the idea of selling them on Ebay.

Has anybody any idea if a sterling silver earring/pendant set with -

24x0.75mm round cut diamond from Africa - 0.07 carats

and earrings with -

18x0.75mm round cut diamond from Africa - 0.05 carats

would have any value?

I tried Ebay for a clue but got lost and confused. Thanks.

It so depends upon the quality of the diamonds, your best bet would be to talk to a jeweller.
The diamonds are so small that the 3 C s won't come into it when valuing them. Have a look in a jewellers window you will see similar items.

Thanks guys - they are tiny, very very tiny diamonds, but one of the on-line diamond valuing websites valued it at £1,000,000. That would have been nice!

I think that if the set is worth £50 I will be very lucky.
Hmm I wuld have thought a bit more than 50 more like 100.
You could give it a try on Ebay - 2 separate items would improve the chances - check out the going prices, and set a sensible opening price. Good luck!
Better yet, for your first try, don't use the Auction[i mode but go to the [Fixed Price] tab. That way you can set your own price to see if you get any response. You could also set a minimum price in the Auction section, but I find that usually turns people off... at least here in the U.S.
