GETTING RID OF DAMP
3 Answers
Sorry wasn't sure which heading to put this. My mother has just had a job done at her house to cure rising damp. What is it you use to get rid of damp is it a HUMIDIFIER or a DE-HUMIDIFIER. I know it takes a while for the walls to dry out when you have had this treatment done but thought one of these would help but wasn't sure which one. Thanks.

And keep an eye of the water collected so you can empty it. Move room to room, I find closed rooms dry better than say the whole ground floor with all doors open, make sure there's no open water in the room like fish tank, water in plant pots, soaking dishes in the sink, toilet as the water will just be drawn from there, if you can't remove the open water source put some cling film over it.
