On the show last night was a guy whose occupation was a chimney sweep which was followed by a female who wrote her own funny song about drink, my question is can you please tell me the name of the song that was playing in the background while they were talking to these people. Many thanks.

I picked up on Elbow's On a Day Like This, and Coldplay's Fix You used on the show, only because I love both of those songs- could it have been one of those?

I think played by a orchestra rather than Elbow.


No idea why everyone stood up though, he was only average at best.

in the middle of Elbow's song there is an orchestral bit, I think it was that they played.
