We've had no information at all where I live, so to be honest, if they can't be bothered neither can I.

I remember the people at the polling station saying we would have a vote coming in November, then I just saw an advert. It's probably all very boring!

There's been some blurb in our local rag about the people who are standing for Kent - I've never gheard of any of them.

All police forces in England and Wales (except the Met and City of London) are going to have a publicly elected commish. Elections in november but no one that I have spoken to seems to know anything about it.

Either boxy, cos it ain't happening!!!!! we all know what is going to happen, the current Police Forces are going to make decisions and buy into contracts that can't be undone. Consequently when the ostensibly non-political (ha ha) commissioners take office they are going to be between a rock and a hard place. I should step away from local politics because it makes me too mad.
