Just read that you are in Zante - one of our favourite Greek islands!

We stayed in Alikes and used to drive up to the quiet little bays at the north of the island - much prettier.

You must visit Shipwreck bay (Navagio) its a beautiful sight seen from above, there is a viewing platform which juts out over the cliff, great for photos! We were there when the temperature hit 40 deg, we have a photo of the street thermometer in Alike displaying 40! Have a lovely holiday, and have fun! x

i am glad that you have such fond memories of this island

we went to the shipwreck beach on monday as part of our sightseeing day out, it was good . . . . during our drive through Lagana, there was a flashing sign indicating 43 degrees
