answer probably a little, late but yes, i changed in july,they did not take the month in advance payment i paid a month later,on- line statement after 2 months,statement shows no payments,although ive paid over £200.hard to understand as they seem to go back to start numbers even on second on-line statement confusing,they dont e-mail your statement at all and on-line has only been running app 2weeks ,telephone queries are answered very quickly, they say they are behind in payments credited to a/c, e-mail queries could wait 8days very poor,i will wait and see my 3rd statement .not really happy.but charges till aug 2014 are not bad.did you change i would like to know how you went on if so.
