They have £50 off one of their Christmas Hampers. I think I'll order a couple.

You're always hungry, Yont. We are just about to eat a roast pork dinner. Would you care for some?
Tilly, do you think Shoota is out shooting wabbits?

stewey, I would, if I could, but I can't.
Sure would, Yilly.

Bought a big joint of pork loin today from Tesco, half price offer. Mrs av has cut it into three and put it in the freezer.
About 15 years ago the company I worked for had a very good year. The workforce were all given Harrods Christmas hampers. What a disappointment. I expected lots of good things to be in it.
Tinned whole pheasant
Tinned anchovies. Even the cats wouldn't eat either.
I don't remember what else was in it except a bottle red of and a bottle white wine. Not being a wine lover that too was wasted on me.
The workforce said thank you, but behind the backs of management every one said how crap the hampers were. Why didn't they give us vouches to spend at the supermarket to get what we wanted?
trt; Dad's Tesco vouchers came by post...his name and address, but (as I said) nothing to do with Clubcard. £10 off a £30 shop, four times over, is quite some discount!
