I have suffered with low back pain for ages but recently after I have done any activity like I have today bending, hoovering and lifting the hoover (its a henry type one), I find when I have finished my work the pain is a lot worse it hurts when I walk, both my bottom cheeks ache and my back goes into spasms an xray I had about a year ago diagnosed wear and tear, could it cause these symptoms?
Just a thought, 'cos we've got one. Have a look at 'Hang Ups Inversion Table/Bed'. Put it into your favourite Search Engine. I've mentioned in other posts - "Pain is personal", but when you get used to the above, it is certainly relaxing, especially when you get to 'hang upside down'; but that all part of stretching the spine etc.
tambo I have to lift henry up and down the stairs which is not helping my back admittedly I do tend to pull or kick it around when I can, hang ups beds inversion table sounds interesting clive will look into them
thanks guys
