Just been out for a couple of hours, haven't used the VRs for about 10 days, so took it for a run down to Dover, The dual carriageway was quiet so gave it a blast, I don't know about the claimed top-speed (155) yet, but I got 142 on the clock before I had to back off, we'll see what it can do proper after the Easter w/end.

Yes, I know it wasn't you - wrong motorway too... they must have been looking the other way as you whizzed past!

Think last one we tried was along the front, on a roundabout, can't remember name, had gold lettering on blue background, wasn't bad at the time.

Think it was near end of Marina as you drove out of town.

They seem to use the same motor as me a lot round here, could have been interesting, think I'll stick to the Beemer over Easter!

That you looking over my shoulder Sibs?

Fascinating story in the Dover Excess ... manages to link a bloke doing 140mph in complete safety on an empty motorway, with yet another example of some poor sod being killed by an idiot in a truck (probably not paying attention to anything outside his warm cab, but sending texts and browsing porn on his iPad, whilst wandering from lane to hard shoulder and back).

Talk about a non sequitur.
