Apart from crossing my tummy equator, several times in the Far East to Indonesia, NZ and Oz, Africa to several countries, and the only South American country being Brazil.

And yes, the water does go down the plug-hole the other way.

I have - in a plane and it went from dazzling sunshine to pitch black...spooky.

We flown over the equator several times,can't really recall the light thing but that was probably because I used to sleep most of the time on long flights.

Yes I have, night and day suddenly, crossing to Oz by plane.

Lots of times. And the international date line. Only by plane though - not by sea.

Also I will never forget the severe turbulence experienced during the crossing! Meals had just been served on trays and the plane dropped like a stone, everyone's trays of food hit the ceiling of the aircraft - what a mess !
