Any ABrs had a builder estimate for a downstairs toilet (mascerator - wc - washbasin - electrics - & decor finish).....?

Thanks for your response......I do apologise to those who are annoyed with the term 'ball park figure'
The last time I did one (2011) it came to £1700.00 but that was for mother-in-law so as a "ball-park-figure" I would think £1500 - £2500!!

Thanks for that DP- your figures are similar to the amount we paid to have an existing cupboard converted. However, I think maybe a bit more when a door, back wall & radiator re-site/renew, ceiling, electrics, fan and ducting are all involved including superior decor panel finishing plus floor tiling. All that work was quoted for a friend of ours coming in at £4.7k which we thought was slightly pricey!
