These stories don't wind me up either. I think they have the same rights to NHS treatment as other people. I'm not sure I agree with denying them the vote either. However I do wonder why some NHS treatments of the cosmetic variety are given free of charge to anyone

I think lots of people who go for surgery of cosmetic variety do so to improve their emotional/mental health. That is probably why they get it free.
