Google mail is ******@gmail.com so must be dodgy. Hover over the sender's name to reveal the real identity then put it in the Trash.

Thanks, jomlett. I have deleted it. I didn't know how to hover. Hovering doesn't seem to work on a tablet.

Shall I let Polly know that this is happening?
I use windows Live mail and I can right click an email and choose 'properties'.
This lets me look at the 'return' or 'reply to' address. spam email isnt usually the same as the given sender.
I might have a different computer to you but place the cursor over the sender's name and click will show the email address and I've had some with very strange names!

I'll try that when I use my laptop. Thanks quoi.
Don't répond to an email you've deleted.

Ok, jomlett. That next time I get this message from Polly, I'll try the right click thing.
be aware that anything that wants you to click a link could be dodgy, also anything with a zip file attached that your encouraged to open is likely a scam unless you know the person it came from. Also beware that there are ways to make it look like an email came from someone else like big companies or government departments. if you place you mouse over the link and look at the bottom of your screen the real address should come up. read it very carefully, often scammers come up with addresses that look like the genuine one but aren't.
I delete any e-mail I don't recognise.
