Don't be too hard on the GP, as a brain tumour presenting as headaches have been missed by every clinical doctor who has had 30 years plus experience, mainly GP's and to a less extent hospital doctors.
Brain tumours are rare.
\\\Must just add, think its poor show that the MRI machine has a normal waiting list of 12 weeks, and they had to fit us in a week after the hospital admission, only because there was a cancellation,\\\
That is an unacceptable standard of medical care for a patient who has severe headaches with eye symptoms (ptosis).
I feel that only a post mortem will decide whether this was a bleed, clot or tumour.
