I didn't know they were recruiting, that would get my Vote, not before time either!

Many in the public sector such as teachers had pay frozen for around 3 years.
Supply teaching rates have not increased for around 5 years and some employees in some parts of the private sector have not had a rise for years.

this public servant hasn't had a proper pay rise for 12 years due to our various political masters and believe me the lefties account for more of my misery than the condems..... all civil servants are strictly limited to 1% DESPITE the fact that those with agency status have the rights to decide their own paybill...... I feel for nurses but we're all in the same boat!
